Our Thali Curry Day

Thali our authentic Indian curry concept has been designed around you as a customer, providing an authentic selection of Indian curries each week. We are bringing the familiar flavours of a fresh home cooked Indian meal into your restaurant, with recipes and skilful cooking that go back generations.

We run a 6 week menu cycle which consists of meat and vegetable curries, lentil daals, hand made samosas and onion bhajis. No curry is complete without a great selection of condiments such as our mango and lime chutneys, warm naan breads, masala raita and the odd poppadum.

A world of flavour

In India it is common to find people eating from a flat metal tray called a Thali, and often will have what we in the UK would consider as our starter, main course and dessert, separated into compartments. For us, it’s an authentic, great tasting curry that would look good on any plate.

Consistency is a huge factor for any business, and we are great at providing authentic tasting food. Vishal our executive chef and co owner is very much a hands on professional, proudly producing all of the curries alongside his experienced and enthusiastic team of many years. Vishal believes that the essence of a great dish stems from its origin; all recipes have been handed down from generation to generation and it is this passion in all our curries that ensures a truly authentic experience.

Our Team

Bringing more to the table

We have a great team of hard working chefs that produce the curries that we have on offer every week, they have worked with Vishal our executive chef for a number of years and are a key factor towards the authenticity and consistency of all our products.

Our teams use great quality ingredients, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, and all of our curries are freshly made from scratch. Chef insists on using fresh vegetables in all our vegetable curries so that we get the best flavour possible, and provide you with at least 1 out of your 5 a day. Our snack items such as samosas and onion bhajis are hand made, and a great compliment to our Thali concept.
